These terms apply to services provided by Swissulife Education, part of Swissulife Holding Group, with offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Geneva, Switzerland.

What we do

We advise students and families on studying abroad: shortlisting universities, checking recognition rules, preparing applications, visa files and arrival. Universities make all admission decisions. Embassies and consulates make all visa decisions. We do not guarantee admission, a visa or a scholarship.

Recognition

We check each shortlist against the recognition rules published by the relevant ministry at the time of the check. Ministries can change their rules. The final decision on recognising a degree belongs to the ministry.

Fees and payment

Package prices are listed on our website in UAE dirhams and include VAT where it applies. Payment milestones and refunds are set out in our payments and refunds policy. University tuition, application, test, visa and housing fees are paid by the family directly to the provider.

Partner universities

Some universities pay us a fee when a student we advise enrols. We tell you which universities on your shortlist are partners. Partnership does not decide your shortlist.

Your part

You agree to give us accurate documents and information and to meet the deadlines in your shared file. Late or inaccurate documents can affect applications.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the package concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
